Alexandre Kaplan

CEO

Alexandre Kaplan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from the School of Communication of UFRJ with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and specialization in business at Candido Mendes College, FGV-SP and Universidade Mackenzie. He joined the Dinaco group in 1984 as an executive-trainee at B. Herzog. There he worked mainly in the commercial area until his transfer to Dinaco in 1990, where he worked in different areas. In 1998 he took over the company’s shared management and then its presidency in 2006. Among his recognized competencies is the building of long-term partnerships, based on transparency and focus on solving problems with the companies Dinaco represents and its customers. At the forefront of Dinaco, he established a participatory management model focused on results and quality, which ensures long-term relationships with clients and representatives of the different sectors served by the company.

Viviane Gandelman

Product and Supply Chain Director

Chemical Engineer with a graduate degree in Foreign Trade and Economic Engineering from UFRJ-RJ and an MBA in Logistics from COPPEAD, Viviane Gandelman has 17 years of experience in the chemical industry, being more than 10 years in the Supply Chain area. Her vast knowledge of the industry gives her the necessary credentials for a strong understanding of the segment’s peculiarities, to anticipate scenarios and to establish effective product portfolio and logistics optimization strategies. Having worked at multinationals has contributed to her ability to deal with different people and cultures, develop ambitious budgets and strategic plans, and manage high-performance teams.

Renato ​Rabbat

Commercial Director

Graduated in Business Administration from FEA / USP, MBA in Marketing from USP and Executive MBA from Insper, Renato Rabbat consolidated his career in multinational and Brazilian companies. With 19 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing and Management, he launched and repositioned products and brands, developed distribution channels and identified market opportunities, contributing to the result of clients and companies we represent, as well as of Dinaco itself. Among his main competencies are the ability to build, motivate and lead teams and his negotiation skills.

Luiz Eduardo Noronha

Financial Director

​Luiz Eduardo Noronha has a 20-year career in the financial area, with passages in the Mining, Chemical, Engineering and Civil Construction sectors. He gained experience in control, financial and strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business support, treasury and tax planning. He stands out for his organization, results orientation and ability to prioritize multiple and complex tasks in Dinaco’s financial management.
